Working with Paul & Julie was the best experience my wife & I have ever had dealing with realtors. I cannot express how grateful I. am to them. They truly went above & beyond. They sold our place in Richmond in record time. They were tough negotiators on our behalf. When I thought we should drop the price they asked me if I was nuts (they got us a bit more than we were asking for). When I wanted to cave in on some concessions - they said no, "let us negotiate", and, again, we came out on top. They stayed in almost daily contact with us. I could always reach them when needed. Team Mallory is absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only are they just plain delightful, they are also thorough, knowledgeable, and proactive. We were assigned to their team through my company relocation program and I am SO happy we lucked out with them.
